Anyone else seeing this issue or is it a known bug?

I am not able to control the second direction on the new bi-directional feature of the circular pattern feature. If set to symetrical as below, direction 1 is correct as expected but direction 2 adds an extra hole. If I turn off symetrical & manually input number of holes an extra hole is still added.

The example in the "what's New" pdf shows it working correctly below.
