Would be awesome to have the ability to do basic cleanup of an IDF file.  Move components, re-orient at the minimum.

Many times when working with library components it will seem to flip the Z access from the IDF file to the library file and the components end up rotated 90 degrres.

If you could selectively reorient components visually in an IDF file (and save that file for the next import) that would be awesome.
