I'm having trouble making an isometric section view in a drawing (SW 2007 SP3.1).  I'm aware of the tool that changes a section view to an isometric section view; however, I want a different viewing angle and there doesn't seem to be any ability to change the view.  I also tried opening the model and redefining the meaning of "Isometric" but that doesn't seem to change anything.

Ironically, if I start with my section view and use the 3d drawing view tool, I can get exactly what I want - except it dissappears after I end that mode!  I can't seem to combine the view I want with the section I want.

I did read someone suggested to make a section in the model and save it.  I did this, but I have no idea how to load it up in the drawing.

I was trying to avoid the configuration method of doing this, but I suppose it's a last resort.  Still, it seems like I should be able to use one of these more modern tools to get the desired result.  Any suggestions?
