Hi all,
I have started as CAD manager at a new company. I have always used the CAD Admin Dashboard and forums to help with my work previously and wish to keep doing so.
I have amended my email via the request form, my VAR are in the process of updating address and company info on my profile, but I am stuck with my previous employer's system information on the dashboard, and none of the new data.
I have some posts and saved responses on this account that I refer to regularly and don't want to lose them. however it is currently looking like I'm going to have to create a new account in order to register and manage my new employer's licenses and workstations here. Has anyone had any experience of this and solutions?
My VAR and Solidworks direct support don't seem to fully understand what my problem is, nor are able to offer a fix.
