I am just curious.  In order to have the mates work correctly in a top assembly I brought each half of a hinge part into the assembly separately.  The thing is you buy the hinge as all one part.  right now there are 2 different line items for the hinge on the BOM.

What would be the best way to show the hinge as just one BOM item.  I guess I could just go in there and delete one of the line items out of the BOM....but is there a cleaner way to do this?
