I never used the 'enable on screen numeric input' before, but a colleague uses it all the time and I thought I'd try it out. Problem: when I click to begin a rectangular shape for example, I can type in my dimensions fine. But when the sketch is complete, the dimensions I input are 'driven' whereas on his system they're 'driving'.

Under System>Options>Sketch, all our settings are identical:

I've even opened his part template, and still I cannot make it so these dimensions are driving. Is this controlled by some other setting?
