Hi

I have few conisio addins developed using c# or VB.net, Most of the time they work fine but some times i get the following error. Its not specific to one addin.

Call to method 'OnCmd' in add-in 'XYZ', written by company 'ABC' failed. Error cod = 0x080010012 

The callee (server [not server application]) is not available and disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call did not execute.

I am unable to reproduce on My Development machine.
