I am trying to analyse a component that looks like a thin double ended ring spanner that is under tension and undergoes a twist along its length that cycles from + to - 15degrees.

The spanner is currently modelled as flat or in 'rest' Is there a way inputting a twist of an angle to one of the hole axis or similar as I want to find out the torque required and maximum stress when under tension.

Im sure there must be a way.....
