I am trying to create a simple part but I am unsure how create the flange how I like it to be. I want the bend to be closer to, if not flush to the flange below it. I attached the file which will make more sense.

There is a .060 gap currently I would like this to be no more than .010 if possible. How would I go about bending this flange to include the radius area?
