I am running a rather large beam analysis in Solidworks 2012. When creating the joint group, I use zero space between the beams to create a joint, and then edit some of the joints to fix problems. I have also applied a mesh control on some key members.

No errors pop up when I mesh the model, but when I view the mesh, random beam elements have been deleted between joints. These joints are not ones that I have changed, and are not elements I have applied the mesh control to. When I look at the joint group, there are joints attaching the missing elements to the model. Remeshing with different parameters does not solve the issue.

Has anyone seen this before?
