I have an assembly with 12 items in the BOM.  Item #2 balloon keeps jumping from the location I moved it to (so that it shows in the cut area) to a default location it came in on when I added the balloons.  Both the balloon and arrow location change.  The other balloons in this drawing do not have this problem.

Any ideas?
