Has anyone else seen this?  This is from a drawing showing rebar placement in concrete.  I placed this balloon with the leader pointing to the top edge of the rebar, and when I go to another page and come back the leader has moved to the opposite side of the bar.  I have moved it back several times and it won't stay put.  As you can see, when I click on the balloon it highlights the side the leader is supposed to point to.  Is this one of those fun things SW does just for me?
