I'm trying to create a grill-type part with a patterned hexagonal feature as shown below. I've tried doing it multiple ways; patterning a sketch, a feature, mirroring variations of both. I still end up with a part that slows down my whole assembly immensely (3-5 min loads). It doesn't help that I'm also trying to put a bend into my part down the center.

Any tips for doing a pattern like this and avoid slowdowns?
