I will sometimes create a curve that has dimensions, then use those curve edges to create another curve that I use to create an extrusion and or cut.

When creating the drawing, I want to show the initial sketch dimension that is driving the actual extrusion. When I select the sketch to show its dimensions, nothing is showing. How can I show a sketch's dimensions in a drawing view?

when I pick the sketch in the drawing to add the dimensions, it comes back no dimensions added. Can SW do this, if not auto dimensioning is pretrty pointless
