A smaller change in the scheme of things, but still one that a lot of people have mentioned over the years, is to have the ability to move notes between drawing views, and to-and-from the drawing sheet.  We've added this ability in SW2014 with the right-click menu Attach to Sheet and Attach to View commands.  If you've had a chance to try these out, please let me know what you think.
