Hi All,

I am experiencing mesh problem. I have modelled an assembly (18 x 5m steel frame with some gussets and stiffeners and etc) and tried to mesh (curvature based) it but it stops at 98 percent which I believe is when SW tries to mesh volume (BTW i have no parts interfering)...I have tried to mesh each part and ended up successfully and took the minimum and maximum element sizes for all individual parts and applied on parent assembly but still experiencing the same. Mesh diagnostics shows the problem on the part where I have gathered all frame members so is not much helpful because I have many weldment profiles in it. I have also used Check entity and it says ''No invalid edges/faces found/No short edges found''

In the meantime, I have already used incompatible meshing option and it is OK but I am keen to mesh it without incompatible mesh.

I would appreciate any help
