I create part and save it as library feature (*.sldlfp) and position in the design library.

While dragging the library feature from the design library, I got a message like this "Are you trying to making a derived part".

And also i refer solidworks forum-search for the solution, i got a solution of RMB on the folder in the Design Library and check that it is a Forming Tools folder.

I assume it is used for sheetmetal forming only.
