In 2015 the position of menu from AddMenu is different from one in 2014 and previous version.

I found SPR#221794  "Menu from AddMenu changes position", and it is reported that it was fixed in 2015PR1.

I think it is same as matter of title but it seems not to be fixed in 2015sp0, sp1.1 and sp2.0.

Does anyone know about this issue?

And does anyone know an API function instead of "AddMenu"?
