Hi!

I got my serial number and activation code from my University. The programme downloaded without a hitch, installed without a problem, but when I try to activate it, I always get the same error message: Activation count exceeded. I've tried uninstalling and cleaning my registry, then re-installing. It didn't work. I've also tried e-mailing the activation. I got the same error message. I don't have any active computers apart from this one and I did try installing SW in February 2014, but I had the same issue. I didn't think much of it because I wasn't in a hurry to work in SW at the time. Now I need it activated for my thesis. Any idea what's wrong and how I can fix it?

Oh, also, I'm running Win 8.1 and I downloaded the x64 of SW 2014-2015 (which is the same as my previous download, mentioned above). I can't contact my VAR because I don't have one, since it's all done through the University.

Please help?
