Have anyone encounter something like below?

It may happen when you try to browse to a folder in explorer, go to a folder by favourite shortcut, or via hyperlink.

The folder is inside and under one of the folders (e.g. Product Development D), instead of the folder structure expanded in the explorer's navigation pane, it appeared under a "white blank icon" (as shown in picture).

Whenever this happen, the operation in the explorer window become abnormal and need to be closed.

Appreciate any solution on this. Anything need to be done to prevent this? Thanks.
