When trying to launch SolidWorks Connected I get a pop up window saying that I need to install the required version 3DEXPERIENCE R2025x HotFix 2.7. I cannot launch SolidWorks Connected without updating.

When I click update an empty 3DEXPERIENCE window opens for a few seconds, then closes. I've tried 10 times and rebooted my PC.
