3-Point Bend Test Simulation

Hello,

I am doing a 3-point-bend test in Solid Works simulation. Right now I am running a static test. I have included images of the simulation. I am doing a bend test on a 10k resin cylindrical rod. I created a new material (since 10k resin is not an option) and input the material properties of 10k resin and applied it to the rod. I have fixed cylindrical supports at the ends and a displacement of 4mm at the top-middle of the rod. I want to compare my data with my classmates that are running the same simulation in Ansys.

In Ansys they are able to find when the material breaks and at what displacement (They also applied a 4mm displacement and saw that is broke around 3.6mm). Using that displacement they are able to use the beam deflection formula to calculate the output force which was around 229N.

In my static test results I am able to see the stress/strain/displacement. I know that I can edit my chart options and animate the test. The UTS of the material is 65MPa, so I edited the chart max to be only 65MPa.

-I am wondering if SolidWorks can tell me the displacement at breakage, so that I can compare my results.

-I am wondering if running a non-linear dynamic test would tell me more results but I have never gotten a test to complete successfully.

-What setting/results do I apply in order to find this displacement at breakage?

I am unfamiliar with the setting and what I need to click in order to show me the correct results.

I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer!
