Anyone else having issues with SW 2015 weldment cut lists?

It seems that some lengths and quantities are wrong.  Some of the members actually take their properties from other members, so that the cut list say for item4 has the same length and qty as item#2.  Rebuilding doesn't seem to get rid of the issue, I need to delete the cutlist from the part and recreate it.  Has been happening in models from a CopyTree through EPDM 2015.
