I have two distinct features which I would like to combine/subtract from one other to create a resultant feature. Below you can see:

I would like to produce a hollow sphere whose interior is the lattice displayed in the above screenshot. I intent to is to cut the lattice into a spherical shape and then combine it with the hollow sphere however, I do not know how to do this.

Help would be appreciated.
