Hi guys, 

I'm facing problems that we are unable to solve here. 
Visualize refuse to start, when i click on the icone (even if i try to start with the 3Dexperience plateform), there is nothing appening. 

I'm waiting a solution for 1 week now. Is anyone having the same trouble ? 
I'm not sure, but seem it happen after the last windows update. 

I have a lot of trouble with my new connected revision softwares. 
When i try to save/export to Visualise from the Solidworks connected menu, nothing happen. 
So when Visualise work, i have to export a "SLDASM" and try to import it with Visualize.

The problem is that is not a "connected way" to do it, and the software doesn't properly import textures and apparences. 
It's a nightmare to set up all by hand for each part or even each extrusion. 

I also don't understand why there is no Photoview in this solidworks connected version.
Visualise is maybe fine to realise a nice picture for a presentation document, or for the needs of marketing teams, but Photoview is really faster to set up and quicker to use, when you have so many many modifications to do in the days on the general assembly.  
The result is good enough, even for a customer presentation. 

I think the 2 softwares are not usefull in the same way and visualize as good as it is, can't do all the jobs we need. 

Other point, where is Visualize a connected software ? 

When i try to open a file, he is unable to find an assembly on the cloud.
