I can't use the Solidworks User Forum for the life of me, so adding this question here because the forum has been broken for me

I created a lofted surface as a means of creating a variable-width chamfer, and I'm attempting to create a surface cut to perform the cut. However, this results in a generic "Operation failed due to geometric condition" error. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!​​​​​​​
