Hey there CAD Monkeys!
After two years of remote conferences and missed friends, the CAD Monkey Dinner is BACK! Once again, the savviest CAD Monkeys in town ahead of 3DEXPERIENCE World 2023 will gather for a night of food and fun in one of our host city's hottest locations. It's become the unofficial kick-off to World – a time when the community can take in the city’s sights and tastes before the conference gets underway.
Since the first event eleven years ago – when a handful of SOLIDWORKS gurus kicked off the tradition in San Diego – this gathering has exploded in popularity. In recent years hundreds of CAD Monkeys have consistently taken over local hotspots, from Alice Cooperstown in Phoenix to the Alamo Drafthouse in Dallas to Rock Bottom Brewery the last time we were in Nashville. This year is sure to be even bigger, and the venue is the perfect setting for dozens of passionate SOLIDWORKS users to let loose before an intense week of learning.
On Saturday, February 11th at 6:00pm, we'll be going retro at HeadQuarters Beercade just off Broadway, Nashville's nightlife epicenter. CAD Monkeys in attendance will have access to HeadQuarters' entire lineup of arcade cabinets and pinball machines, plus their full bar - including specialty cocktails like the Clever Girl and Go Ask the Wizard - and a hearty buffet spread. There will also be giveaways, special guests, and a few surprises!
In addition, for only the second time, you'll be able to get your hands on a commemorative CMD T-shirt! Check out the design below, and don't forget to order your shirts when registering for the event.
This event could be one of the largest community-sponsored SOLIDWORKS events ever, and the networking opportunities are invaluable.
