i have free certification after using 3DEXPERIENCE WORLD 2021 ,in 2021/05/04 I try TO PASS MY CETRIFICATION exam cswp mechanical design but my pc has closed because my battrey is low , after open my pc i go to my account tangix tester pro and i dont see my free exam !!! ?? can any person have solution to contact with the support or other people have this error and resolve this
