Hello,

When trying to open a SolidWorks xDesign part from the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM connector in Solidworks, an error message pops up (see attached picture).

I think it could come from the fact i have to use 2 different tenants :

- when I connect to solidworks PLM services, I can only choose my tenant 1.

- but i only have access to xDesign on the tenant 2. I can search part on both tenants freely.

Have you ever encountered this message? How can I open my parts in SolidWorks?
