So I have been using Solidworks Educational license via my makerspace for 1 year now. My license has now expired so I asked for a new serial number to reactivate and they told me I don't need a new number.

9020xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxDTF5 is the serial number I have (obviously redacted). They are basically saying "user error" and I am not sure what I am missing. Apparently others are able to reactivate without issues. I get the error Activation transaction failed: General activation server error: 214 (3/0)
