Hello everyone! I have a problem and i hope all of you can help me.

I have since a month ago Solidworks 2020 with an educational license as a university, what happens is that when I install it on my computer and start the menus on the sides and the top blink, they stay black and appear when I pass the mouse over them, but when I design 3d producers and visualize and operate the program works perfectly, but the menus still do not look good.

I tried to register my product in the Solidworks customer portal to get support but when I enter my serial number it says it must be 24 characters long (which it is).
