I am constantly encountering the "path to ground" effect when adding mates to components in an assembly. The part is mated part origin to assembly origin. I believe that this is the root of the issue. However it is best practice to mate the part to the origin and then mate the components to it so the assembly can be easily and accurately added to larger assemblies.

Does anybody know how to avoid obtaining a "path to ground" relationship or how to disable it in settings or the like?
