How convert files from and back to IFC with EUref coordinate system

Hi SolidWorks

I want to quickly and efficiently download IFC files, convert them over to Parasolid or SolidWorks format, work with these files in Solidworks.

Convert over to IFC format, place the parts correctly in the EUref coordinate system and save these files as IFC.

And upload them to the customer's database.

Working with IFC files in SolidWorks is for me very time-consuming.
