What is best practice for putting forming tools into the platform? Since these are just .sldprt files with some kind of special marker on the folder to remind SW that you are not trying to make a derived part when you try to insert them I would not expect the 3DS platform to understand to put them somewhere other than the My Work (....) folder and it is not practicable to add this as a Library Folder and mark this a Forming Tools folder. What is anyone else doing for their sheetmetal workflow?
Background: I've been busy setting up and learning how to use 3DS with SW. I want to put in my blocks and standard features and form tools. (At the moment I am the only user of SW in the company but it makes sense to plan for when someone else joins me or takes over that everything is set up properly, centrally located and documented - if only so I can remember what I have done.) It seems to be quite happy doing it's own thing with template files so I am hoping that when I put in my .blk and .sldflp files it will do something sensible with them, by which I mean put them in a dedicated folder like it has with the templates.
