Hello!

I attended 3DEXPERIENCE World 2021 as VIP Pass holder student. At the end, I was entitled with all certifications & Exam credits were applied to my account successfully.

On 4th May, 2021, I accessed my Virtual Tester account Tangix to give my CSWPA-DT & to my surprise there were no exams available for me to attend as if all entitled exams were revoked. I accessed the exams via same email address which I used to register for 3DEXPERIENCE World 2021. I last accessed the exam on 29th April, 2021 & passed CSWPA-SM. I don't know what happened between this 5 days that I couldn't access my exams because it was addressed that exams will expire after 31st July.

So, I humbly request you to please look into this & help if possible, I want to give CSWE too.
