In December of 2020, I applied to get my school verified, and subsequently gain access to the Catia student edition. On December 17, 2020, I recieved an email from 3DS academy informing me that my school had been approved, and my account was activated. However, upon further inspection of my account, I realized that they had registered me to a random school in Birmingham. I’ve never heard of the school and I don’t know anything about it. How do I change my school?
