Awesome Support

I’ve been using the platform successfully for a few days now. Thank you to all in the support of getting the issues fixed. For those still suck hang in there. 

It's now going on 1 week, since I purchased the Solidworks Maker subscription and after filing a service ticket and being told it is working it is not. After I finally got the get started email, it took me to a login page which simple ended in an internal error text. Now after waiting several more days with no updates on the ticket, I am back to square one with access denied and I haven't been invited to the project. This is becoming a horrendous experience with what I thought was going to be a viable replacement for Fusion 360. I guess you get what you pay for.
