I'm assuming that I'm having a hardware issue. When I run the Cloud Checker it says my laptop is inferior and that Windows 7 is a deal breaker... I think.
I installed the 3DExperience launcher. The launcher appears in my control panel, I can right click it and say "OPEN" but nothing ever happens.
I tried to contact Dassault customer support, but I'm dropped into a never ending loop of pages that seem to ultimately drop me into a FAQ area instead of being able to send a question off.
I've spent about 3 hours trying to open SolidWorks after buying it. I'm starting to think I need to just get a refund and try another program.
Any tips?
