Following the tutorial, I went to Help -> About 3DEXPERIENCE platform -> "Mobile pairing" then read the code displayed with my iPad.
It open the link in Safari and asked for my Dassault credentials.

It the showed an error message saying the person is currently inactive and to contact my administrator.

I am the platform's administrator for my company and I have no clue what to do...
