Hi All,
I have just created an account for my department. This is the second account I have made. My first account was made with my company email and it worked fine. My second account was made with a Gmail account that is used within my department.
On my second account my 3d drive will not appear. On top of the drive not appearing, no one can share files with me.
I have logged in on multiple computers and tablets but the drive never appears.
I have waited a month and the drive has not appeared.
If a log into my personal account the drive appears just fine regardless of the device I am using.
I have used multiple browsers as well.
I have also had the email I used for the account confirmed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
