Our company applied by submitting our application on 12/17. I've sent a private message to @3DEXPERIENCE Works for Startups Team concerning the 30 Day Trial. I've received no responses on either of these items other than the automated email that was received when the application was originally submitted. I have not received any emails and that includes checking junk and spam folders. I have not received any private messages but I have sent two. How do I proceed with this process?
