Hi everyone

I am new to the community and really excited to be here. I encountered this question about simulating an on-chip oscillator. I used frequency domain solver and i simulated frequency ranging from 0GHz to 150 GHz (the fundamental oscillation frequency is 50 GHz and I picked frequency up to the third harmonic). But frequency domain solver cannot simulate 0 GHz, so I keep having the problem with DC current and voltage when i import the simulated s parameter into ADS. Is there a good way to simulated oscillator/MMIC? Really appreciate it if I can pick some brains.
