Hey Greetings, I hope everyone is doing well. Can anyone tell me who to contact to get the startup license if it is already granted to you but you cannot get it from the reseller as they keep on saying that issue is from Dassault Systemes? Please it has been more than 4 months since we have been granted the startup license but we are still unable to use it. I have been trying to contact you via different platforms but I cannot get any answer that can help me. So, it feels awkward that you have been granted the license and you have asked your company to shift from other software but still you cannot get to use it.
