Zero FORCE Issue

Hello,

I am trying to figure out why my simulation won't work. Here are my warnings:

A distributed coupling definition with coupling=structural will ignore the structural coupling as at least some of the nodes in the cloud do not have all three rotational degrees of freedom active

A distributed coupling definition with coupling=structural will ignore the structural coupling as at least some of the nodes in the cloud do not have all three rotational degrees of freedom active

938 elements are distorted. Either the isoparametric angles are out of the suggested limits or the triangular or tetrahedral quality measure is bad. The elements have been identified in element set WarnElemDistorted.

There are 2 unconnected regions in the model.

There is zero FORCE everywhere in the model based on the default criterion. please check the value of the average FORCE during the current iteration to verify that the FORCE is small enough to be treated as zero. if not, please use the solution controls to reset the criterion for zero FORCE.

Excessive distortion at a total of 2 integration points in solid (continuum) elements

Excessive distortion at a total of 6 integration points in solid (continuum) elements

Excessive distortion at a total of 1 integration points in solid (continuum) elements

Excessive distortion at a total of 3 integration points in solid (continuum) elements

Before it fails, there are stresses in the model that look realistic, but the sim ends at .37 timestep (1 total).

I think the two unconnected regions may just be my pressing surface vs my model but I am not sure. Also I have checked online and the zero force issue seems to occur only when BCs are overconstrained, but my BCs should allow for adequate movement.

I also tried to change my contact from surface to surface to general contact, but for some reason my analytical solid just passes through my mesh.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
