XFlow Multiphase mixing gases

Hi to all!

Just 2 question about xflow.

Multiphase 3d analysis (internal)

I have a case that contain air (material1) mixed to hydrogen (material2).

I have a fan that extract the air+hydrogen from the case.

So to the surface exit I set:

Boundary condition: velocity

Apply to phase: .........

Here I can choose hydrogen or air.

  1. It's not clear to me, If i choose hydrogen the "fan" will extract only hydrogen and not air?

Or  If i choose air the "fan" will extract only air and not hydrogen?

But I would like to extract the mixed gas air+hydrogen!

What do you suggest?

I have to use 2 surface 1 to extract air and 1 to extract hydrogen? I don't know....

2)The second question I would like to check the hydrogen quantity in the case.

I thought that I could use a Volume Integral on the case >VOF> sum, do you agree?

But until it's not clear to me the point 1 I can't go ahead,

Many thanks!!

Luke
