Is it possible to simulate fluid flow in a channel with dimensions 50*30*10 (L*B*H) microns in XFlow?

What should be the lattice discretization resolved scale value for these kind of applications?

I also would like to introduce spherical particles of sizes 3, 4, 5 microns (diameter) along with the flow and study the behavior.
