I am trying to analyze a gravity retaining wall by providing harmonic motion of different frequency at the bottom of the model in horizontal direction in Abaqus. But when I am extracting the result at the top of foundation soil there is sudden increase in the amplitude in initial time phase i.e., it is amplifying more than the provided acceleration whereas from Deepsoil the results show deamplification at the top of foundation soil. Can u suggest what I am doing wrong in Abaqus?? I am attaching the image of model and the graph obtained after analysis.
