I could not enter spring constant at support/BC. In case of other software  spring support is straight forward.

This very common practice. I wonder why there isn't input windows for spring support.

Is this because ABAQUS is more mechanical application rather than structural engineering.

Can anybody advise me how to define spring support at point, and surface.
