Abaqus has a tool to verify the mesh within the mesh module. This option allows among other things to evaluate the element size metrics and thus to evaluate the "stable time increment less than" X parameter. 

Is this available in 3dx?  How can I calculate the stable time increment based on element size in 3dexperience?
