Hello everyone,

I'm working on a dynamic temp-disp analysis and i want to import ,as a predefined field, the 3 components of velocity (V1, V2, V3) from a previous analysis I did. I see that there's no option for "importing from an odb file" so i thaught that i could import them as a point cloud mapped field as you can do with nodal temperature fields... The problem is I cannot choose, in the edit menu for the velocity field, any of the mapped fields I created.

It seems that the only supported option for a velocity field is "Uniform" or an "Expression analytic field", wich is strange to me because when i create the analytic field (from the f(x) button near "Distribution") it let me choose "Mapped field".

Is there a solution? Is there another option for importing a velocity field (V1, V2, V3) from results of a previous analysis into a new one?
